If you watched the Super Bowl this year, you most likely saw a pair of commercials that basically say that if you buy drugs, you finance terrorists. This is true: heroin money goes to the Taliban, and groups of domestic terrorists (aka: GANGS) thrive on drug money.
But why is this true? There can only be one reason: the War on Drugs. That's right, drug prohibition is behind all this money funding The Friends of Osama bin Lunatic, as well as the drug cartels and the street gangs. These dumbf##ks known as the ONDCP spent around $3.4 MILLION on these ads, the LARGEST SINGLE GOVERNMENT AD PURCHASE IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!
Here's the truth: Drug prohibition doesn't stop people from buying and using drugs. The people selling drugs are untrustworthy, linked with terrorism, and getting quite rich because of this mess. These people sell drugs to children because that's where a lot of money is. The hyper-inflated drug prices cause people to commit crimes to get the money to pay for their habit.
Ending the War on Drugs right now will stop the damage, and reverse some of it. The schools would not be full of drug pushers, people won't be getting tainted or otherwise impure drugs, and crime would be lower since people won't need to resort to crime to finance their habit.
Though drugs are bad, making them illegal is worse.

I'm sure a lot of folks agree with me on this, to some extent. Those who don't have probably been taking a few hits from the bong of ignorance. Hopefully the ONDCP won't put more money into a stupid campaign such as this.
