Here is a list to the few offenders who cannot grasp the concept of the WORLD WIDE Web. If you see your site in here, flame me (replace the -- with uc
) and I'll tell you to visit the Campaign for a Non-Browser-Specific WWW and check out the Accessible Design Guide. Between paragraphs of swearing and mama jokes.
Before you say something, here is my config:
- Opera 5.12 unregistered (with the banner)
- 800x600x16M display, browser maximized, window is normal and stretched across the screen
- Java not available; JavaScript sometimes enabled (though pop-ups are disabled)
- Flash plugin, Windows Media plugin, TIFF plugin, MNG plugin, MOD plugin, SVG plugin
- Normal frames enabled, inline frames disabled
- All cookies (including 3rd party) accepted, except cookies from most ad servers
- Running on a Celeron/566 with 32MB of RAM on Windows 4.9 (WinME)
Blacklist (cannot be viewed in Opera at all)
Redlist (can be viewed in Opera posing as IE 5)
- BabyNamer - blatantly prefers the Bloated-A$$ Two
Yellow List (does not work properly in Opera 5.10 (see my config))
- Cluefinders.com - more of a Blacklist item, but parts do work, so it has to be Yellowlisted
- FreeDrive - actually, it doesn't work in M$IE 5.5 (!!)
- Disney's Website - Opera is a
frames-capable
browser, mouse-eared dumba$$es! Oh yeah, try to support the future--OPERA on LINUX! It does work in Opera, but marginally.
Right-Click Blocking Blacklist
- Dork.com -
source viewing not allowed
-- geez, they're a bunch of arrogant morons!
- http://www.geocities.com/cbcmommy - made by some total loser--try right-clicking on it, I dare you! It went 404 a while back. Guess the pressure of having a crap site really got to the loser.
