(12:37pm, 11 June) Alex Whitman has been convicted of child abduction for taking his former child Jennifer Whitman-Davison from her guardian, Morgan Davison. However, he was acquitted on the charge of grand theft for taking a camera and money from Davison.
He was sentenced to a 3-year prison term and a $5000 fine.
