Terry Bell, the leader of the United Southpoint Alliance, was arrested yesterday, and is the prime suspect in the fires that damaged or destroyed a school, a health clinic, and a temple on the land of the Believer cult.
He is also to be charged with inciting violence for a protest he held just before the buildings burned. In his protest, he started a fire in a trash can and sang a song about fighting fire with fire.
